The instrument is available in both single-rater and multi-rater formats. The single-rater option provides feedback based on a self assessment, while the multi-rate option provides a fuller understanding by incorporating the views of others into its report.

The assessment measures the following behavioral dimension:

• Lion - An individual representing Lion tendencies typically reflects courage, decisiveness, and confidence. They tend to be focused on getting the job done quickly, effectively and efficiently.
• Peacock - An individual representing Peacock tendencies is usually lively and friendly, and often known for bringing humor, enthusiasm, and energy into relationships.
• Dove - An individual representing Dove tendencies is supportive and nurturing of others. Such an individual is often very effective in taking a team approach to get things done.
• Turtle - An individual representing Turtle tendencies displays attention to detail and concern for accuracy, quality and completeness. They take a systematic and logical approach to the job.
